Returns

If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of returns. We are happy to exchange bralette sizes but we cannot exchange undies for hygiene reasons.

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return. Please email us at syrupunderwear@gmail.com to organise a return. In all other cases we have a no return/exchange policy due to hygiene reasons.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities, as individual skin responses vary and are outside our control. While all care is taken, dyes may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to dyes, fabrics, or chemicals, we recommend avoiding this product.

Repairs

We offer 3 months of cost-free repairs on all Syrup Bralettes. Note this does not include damage incurred by failing to follow care instructions. Send us an email to syrupunderwear@gmail.com, then you can post your garment to our atelier at:
